First Christmas away from home

After spending a considerable amount of time worrying about my first ever Christmas away from home, I'm happy to say it turned out wonderfully. I had a lovely Christmas. Yes it was different and strange and I missed my family like mad and I missed all of our little traditions (particularly the infamous arguments with the little bro that occur from dusk till dawn, and beyond, on that "special" day!) And not to mention my Mum's Christmas dinner, ohhhh how I missed that. But I survived it. And more than that, I enjoyed it. A very different Christmas but a very special Christmas and one that I will always remember
All the lovely prezzies I had to open on Christmas morning :)
Christmas Day began with Skyping with my mummy while she watched me open my presents!  Webcam, time difference and two separate continents aside, not all that different to normal ♥
Wine in a mug. Classy.
We had Christmas Day at Chris' new gaff.
Daniel finally making himself useful and carving the... teeny, tiny... chickens.
That's what I like to see- the boy at work while the girls relax.
Not turkey but as close as we could get.
...Not mashed potato but as close as we could get. Thanks to Daniel and his pisshead ways! Grr.
Not looking so bad...
Christmas dinner on polystyrene plates. BRILLIANT.
...AND voilĂ !!!
...would you believe me if I said it was so much better than it looks?! It really was quite delicious. Honestly.
Now this was JUST as wonderful as it looks. Baskin Robbins , how I love you!
Being on public transport on Christmas Day. Can't wrap my head around it!
Ending my Christmas Day the only way I know how!
...and the best part... not having to share with ANYBODY!

It's the most wonderful time of the year ♥

What a splendid festive period it has been...
Christmas fun with my little *angels*
Ga Yeong's first ever Christmas stocking ♥
Lovely cards and gifts from Ah ram and Jong-young on my last ever visit (really this time!!!!) to the hospital!  Such a  nice surprise! Love my hospital girls ♥
Spanish Christmas do with Yuseon. Mmmm, sangria :)
Amazing paella :)
As we were leaving the restaurant it started to snow :)
Fabulous Christmas Eve celebrations with Ryan and Stephanie and a beautifully home cooked feast!
Not actually a 'Christmas cake' but rather a cake for Christmas.
Continuing the Christmas Eve celebrations with my gang (and LOTS of fake snow!)  in Itaewon.
